Every cone arrives ready to run: wound on a conical tube, it goes straight onto knitting or weaving machines — no rewinding department, no extra waste on your side. One cone weighs 2.5 kg, on every count and blend.
Yarn comes on cones with a stable wind. Fewer breaks, less waste, no rewinding line to staff and maintain.
Every cone weighs 2.5 kg, on all counts and in every lot. Volume maths is simple: 1 tonne ≈ 400 cones, 5 tonnes ≈ 2,000 cones.
Dope-dyed (mass-coloured) yarn: the shade repeats from lot to lot, and the fabric does not need piece dyeing.
Typical positions; full test data (breaking strength, CV%, elongation) comes with the lot certificate.
